The Q-Torch Auto Change System enables fully automatic changing of plasma torch heads and, as an innovative module, is an important component for the full automation of plasma cutting process. The advantages are reduced downtimes, higher system availability and significantly increased efficiency.

For frequently changing cutting tasks, manual intervention is no longer necessary, the system is utilised to its full capacity and can be operated almost entirely without personnel. The number of docking stations is unlimited and can be flexibly adapted to the production processes. The QR code for tool identification ensures that the correct technology is always prepared for each cutting task.

The system is suitable for the plasma cutting systems of the Q-Series and iQ-Series, is easy to retrofit and is compatible with both 2D and 3D guidance systems. It is also designed for bevel applications.
